We do cap the monthly hours to keep things reasonable, but there’s plenty of time each month for all the updates you’ll need.

You’ll need your own domain name, but don’t worry if you don’t have one yet. We’re happy to help you get set up, and we’ll make sure everything works seamlessly with your new website.

We recommend Porkbun for domain registration, but you’re welcome to use any registrar you prefer. Domain names are affordable, usually around $20 a year for a .com address.

We’ll also set up email services using your domain name, so you can have a professional email address like you@yourbusiness.com. We recommend Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (both around $10 per month per address), but it’s completely optional.

And here’s the important part: you don’t need to buy web hosting separately. We host your site on our high-speed Content Delivery Network as part of your monthly package.

You can have professional email addresses using your domain name, like you@yourbusiness.com. These are typically set up through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which cost around $10 per person per month. This is completely optional.

If you already have email set up, no problem. We’ll work with your current setup to make sure everything keeps running smoothly.

We’ll set up a custom contact form for your visitors. We can discuss what information you want to collect, and once someone submits the form, you’ll receive the details via email to whatever inbox you prefer. We can also add file upload options if you need visitors to send documents.

If you use a CRM or want to integrate with one, we can set that up too so form submissions automatically flow into your mailing lists or customer database.

Blogs are great for improving your local SEO and establishing your business as an authority in your field. Regular blog posts let you target important keywords and show search engines you’re a credible source of information.

Our blogging setup includes tagging so you can organize posts by topic, plus structured markup that helps search engines understand your content better.

Want to add a blog post? Just send us your content in a Word document or email, and we’ll publish it for you.

We can also write and publish SEO-optimized blog content for you as part of your monthly package if you’d like.

We don’t use third-party templates. All our code is custom-written for your website, and there are some big advantages to this approach.

Visual site builders like Wix, Squarespace, and Elementor let people build websites quickly, but they come with a lot of extra code you don’t actually need. This slows your site down and can hurt your Google rankings. Speed matters for both search engines and user experience.

Original photography is ideal for your website when possible, but we know it’s not always practical. When needed, we use high-quality stock photography and illustrations from Adobe with full licensing.

Paid, licensed assets are significantly better quality than the free options some web designers pull from sites like Pexels. Professional images make your site look polished and help you stand out from competitors.

We also use licensed fonts, which gives us access to a much wider range of design options than the commonly used free fonts from Google.

Using licensed content protects your business legally. Copyright infringement can lead to fines and legal trouble, so we make sure everything on your site is properly licensed. Plus, it’s the right thing to do—it compensates creators for their work and supports the creative community.

We host your website on a high-performance server and handle all the maintenance to keep everything up to date, secure, and fast.
